LC² Consulting. ("LC²", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by LC Squared Holdings Ltd., Nairobi, Kenya, is committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide. When you send an inquiry through the consultation form we collect your name, email address, organization (optional), and your message. This is the only personal data the Site asks for.

Information collected automatically. The Site does not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party profiling. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for security and operational purposes only.

Information from third parties. We do not receive personal data about you from third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to read and respond to your inquiry, which is delivered to the partners by email; to maintain an inquiry register so the practice can track correspondence and follow-ups; to detect, prevent, and respond to abuse and unauthorized access; and to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

4. How We Share Your Information

Service providers. We share information with trusted providers who perform services on our behalf, limited to cloud hosting and email delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.

Legal disclosure. We may disclose your information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain inquiry records for as long as necessary to manage the correspondence, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes. The inquiry form is protected against automated abuse by hidden honeypot fields, minimum-completion-time checks, and submission rate limiting. These measures run without third-party CAPTCHA services and collect nothing beyond what you type into the form.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we are committed to maintaining industry-standard protections.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence by our hosting and email providers. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including data processing agreements with providers and compliance with applicable transfer regulations.

9. Cookies and Local Storage

The Site uses only functional storage. A single item in your browser's local storage records whether you have accepted or declined the cookie notice, so we do not ask on every visit.

We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no fingerprinting. Declining the notice does not change what the Site stores, because nothing optional is stored in the first place.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
